At Earthly Gemstones, we want you to feel a true connection with your new crystals. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help make it right with our 30-day "Happiness Guarantee."

Standard Returns

We happily accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the merchandise cost.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition.
  • Clearance or "Final Sale" items are not eligible for returns.
  • Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Start a Return

  • Log into your Earthly Gemstones account.
  • Navigate to your Order History page.
  • Find the order in question and click the "Return Items" button to start the process.

Exchanges

Because we take your privacy and security seriously, we never store your credit card information on our servers. Therefore, we cannot do direct, automated exchanges.

The fastest way to "exchange" an item is to initiate a standard return for your original crystal using the steps above, and then simply place a new order for the piece you would like instead!

Natural Crystal Variations

Please keep in mind that all of our stones are 100% genuine and natural. Because of this, every single piece is wonderfully unique. Slight variations in color, banding, shape, and internal fracturing are completely normal and are part of the stone's natural beauty. These variations are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We pack our crystals with extreme care, but sometimes the mail journey can be rough. If your crystal arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please snap a quick photo and email it to us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will rush to make it right for you immediately!
